Arun Ananda Malajetty

Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking and Investment Research Data Analytics

Arun leads the Investment Banking and Investment Research divisions at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services. He has over 17 years of experience across multiple domains, including capital markets, corporate finance, and business finance. He has managed large offshore teams for investment banks and Fortune 500 corporations providing investment banking, investment research, business research, and data analytics services. Prior to his role at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, he was Head of Global Research and Bangalore Site Head for the Global Banking and Markets business of HSBC. Previously, Arun was Director at CRISIL’s Global Research & Analytics Division, leading multiple businesses, including the investment and corporate research, and product development functions. He holds an MBA in Finance and Control, and an Honors degree in Mathematics.

Damian Burleigh

Damian leads the sales and marketing organization at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product development and is responsible for developing the sales pipeline, achieving sales targets, and building and expanding senior client relationships. Prior to his role at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, Damian was Senior Director of EMEA and Africa Sales. He managed a team covering key European markets, including the UK, Germany, and Italy. Prior to joining Moody’s, Damian was Managing Director – EMEA Sales, Marketing and Client Services for Standard & Poor’s Capital IQ. Earlier, he was Managing Director of S&P’s Investment Services group.

Robert King is Executive Director and Global Head of Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, managing all lines of business for the global organization. He has been with Moody’s for 17 years, serving the company in a variety of roles during his long tenure. He was appointed Executive Director of Global Sales, Customer Services and Marketing in July 2013 after previously managing Moody’s Analytics Sales teams in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Rob is currently based in London, but was previously stationed in Hong Kong as part of his former role.

He has 24 years of experience in capital markets on both the research and trading sides. Previously, he was Chief Economist Asia (ex-Japan) at Nomura, Regional Financial Economist at Lehman Brothers, and a visiting Professor of Finance at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Avadhesh Dixit

Avadhesh is Head-Global HR for Moodys Analytics Knowledge Services and is part of Executive Committee. Avadhesh is HR Leader with global HR work experience across all HR functions. He has extensive International HR experience in UK, Ireland, USA, and Europe. His last assignment before joining Moodys was Vice President & Head HR for GE Capital's BPM unit and GE-SBI JV in the space of retail Financial Services. He was part of the management team reporting to CEO and was leading a team of 32 HR professionals and 2600 employeesspread across multiple locations. Before joining GE, Avadhesh was Head- Global HR and part of Management Team at CMC Ltd. CMC Ltd was part of Tata Group and was a listed (NSE/BSE) IT services and Technology Company with more than 12,000 employees across the globe. As Head- Global HR, Avadhesh was responsible for HR strategy & HR Service Delivery for 12000+ employees across India, USA,and UK& EMEA. Prior to CMC, Avadhesh was leading various HR functions at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for more than 10 Years.This included HRBP role based out of London and Dublin (4 Years) for health care customer and HRBP role for Financial Services clients. Avadhesh is an MBA in Human Resources from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi with a graduate degree in Economics. He is also a certified global HR professional (GPHR) from SHRM, USA. As CFO of Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, Shailendra leads the company’s business planning, controllership, taxation, treasury and budgeting activities. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance, having worked on large M&A transactions, fund-raising activities, board and investor relationships, and business enablement, and having established finance teams for global corporations. Prior to his role at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, Shailendra was CFO of ISGN, a financial technology and services company. He has also held key leadership roles at JPMorgan, GE Capital, and Ocwen Financial. Shailendra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Cost and Works Accountant, and he holds an Honors degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Samar Mishra

Samar is the Global Head of the Shared Services Organization at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in operations, risk management, and outsourcing management. Prior to taking up his current role, Samar led the Vendor Management Office for Moody’s IT in New York. Before joining Moody’s in 2010, he was an Executive Director at UBS Financial Services, where he led large-scale outsourcing and transition programs in the ITO/BPO space for the bank’s Wealth Management Division in Weehawken, NJ. Prior to UBS, Samar worked at BNY Mellon’s Cross-border Office, responsible for outsourcing advisory services for the bank’s LOBs. Earlier, he was Head of Operations for Intelligroup. Samar holds a degree in Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India.
